How It Works
Step 1
Get in touch with one of our stores in George or Mossel Bay for information and arrangements for services and repair bookings.
Step 2
Visit the store to check in the machine and then state details of the problem and request a job card form.
Step 3
The machine will now go to the technician before a quote can be given. We will reach out with a quote after assesment.

Repairs
Repair work is dependent on the availability of spare parts from suppliers. Depending on when we receive the parts it may change the timeline for repairs.
Turnaround
It takes approximately two weeks from submission to being ready for collection, but this information will be confirmed with you when you book your machine.
